You Are:

You have experience in customer-facing roles and successfully resolve support issues while delivering project tasks internally and externally. You understand the client’s needs and provide support while working across several departments to help deliver value and improve operations for our client’s investment.

The Work:

  • Facilitate discovery, design, development, and deployment activities

  • Manage resources and deliver project tasks, both external and internal

  • Perform gap analysis between system functionality and client requirements

  • Communicate and document system specifications for clients and team members

  • Document test scenarios and perform unit, system, and data conversion testing tasks

  • Provide excellent customer interface skills throughout the project life cycle

  • Provide periodic status reports and accurate estimates and timelines of work

  • Familiar with the following modules: Warehousing, Product Information Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, and Inventory Management modules

  • Ability to travel up to 40% domestically  

Qualifications

Here’s What You Need:

  • Minimum of 2 years of real-world, full life-cycle Microsoft D365 implementation experience 

  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technically oriented field

  • Team player with strong communication, organization, and client interaction skills

  • Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or related field

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $90,288-$167,600 and [Register to View]
