Job Description

Work cooperatively to enable the execution of delivery or product work by assisting team in vendor relations, financial administration quality and operations administration. Engage key stakeholders and participate with them on monitoring and reporting progress.

Requires analysis and solving of moderately complex problems. Support new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures. Requires understanding of the strategic direction set by management as it relates to team goals.

May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.

Self-starter to influence or complete assignments independently requiring guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments.

Scope (Degree of accountability for assigned tasks, our clients and/or the organization, as measured by size of work effort and scale of entity and/or program): Works with cross functional teams to implement new process designs.

Works will with multiple stakeholders/vendors

-Troubleshoot possible and real problems identifying root causes, remediation (system, configuration, new solution, etc) and collaboration with all business functions that might be impacted

- Working with others to come up with solutions (e.g., additional testing, audits, etc)

- Quickly grasps new information and technologies (new platforms, software, etc)

- Has understanding how payroll systems work and operate.

- Assist with delivering desired business outcomes and or service commitments

- Aid with end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality project deliverables through effective team communications and focus on quality

- Assist with monitoring the execution of deliverables and status in an effective manner
