Job Description:

• Technical and Functional Subject-Matter Expert (SME) Support of Customer/1 application

• Perform Requirements Gathering

• Perform Functional Analysis

• Document Functional Requirements

• Complete User Approvals and Sign-Off of Requirements

• Develop User Acceptance Test Plans

• Develop Post-Production Verification Requirements

• Functional and technical support of UAT Testers and Developers

• Support and analyze production abends and end-user application issues

• Support the development, review training materials, and participate in the implementation of the training as appropriate
