Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology. Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our transformational approach to sales brings clients the right combination of expert technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights. 

The Inside Sales Opportunity Rep is responsible for generating leads for our clients in a professional manner. The ISOR should be comfortable with customer issues and be able to provide a best-in-class customer experience.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Successfully communicating with contacts via the phone daily

  • Ability and willingness to execute over 60-70 calls, dedicating an estimated of 4-5 hours on the phone daily, email marketing

  • Identify and qualify key aspects of a potential lead, including need, budget, timeframe, and authority.

  • Achieve target # of new leads

  • Profile customers and correctly document with appropriate tools utilizing teams CRM

  • Generate new leads for all solutions

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1.5 years of sales experience

  • 1.5 years of lead generation experience

  • Must be fully bilingual Portuguese/English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Financial services, financial sales or payments industry experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills including annunciation of words on a phone and use of professional business language

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a high paced work environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a high level of integrity

  • Daily time management and the ability to work independently

  • Positive attitude toward clients and coworkers

  • Entrepreneurial, competitive sales personality and work ethic

  • Commitment to in-depth, structured sales training and processes
