About the Role:
Translate concept art of characters and environments into efficient and polished 3D models (for use in extended reality and game design)
Create detailed 3D assets using modeling, sculpting, and texturing skills.
Communicate updates and concerns with team members, both developers, and designers.
Create unique designs within a production schedule.
Be willing to iterate to find the best solution and artistic direction possible.
Can match different artistic styles of a wide range of brands. Accenture works with hundreds of clients globally, from major entertainment industries to major academic institutions.
Be unafraid to experiment and try new things.
Stays on top of new software and is willing to conduct a product evaluation to recommend the best products for our ecosystem.
Mentors junior designers interested in growing as 3D artists.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years experience as a professional 3D modeler
Proven experience working closely with developers
Knowledge in skills such as modeling, texturing, lighting, animation, physics, and particle systems
1+ year of experience with standard art packages such as Maya, ZBrush, Blender, Substance Painter, Photoshop, etc.
1+ years of experience in translating concept art into polished 3D models
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience; if Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience
Bonus Points If You:
Love modular asset creation
Have team leadership and mentor experience
Have augmented or virtual reality experience
Have experience working in different art styles
Have a base understanding of Unity
Have some interaction design background with knowledge of Figma and the Adobe Suite
