The Work

You’ll often be:

  • Advising our clients on all things’ Consumer metaverse, from helping identify key risks and considerations to evaluating and measuring the business value. You will help Accenture be a trusted advisor for our clients’ C-Suite.

  • Supporting in defining, creating, and documenting our Consumer Metaverse offering by leveraging your extensive industry, technology, and use case expertise

  • Building technical capabilities and maintaining industry partnerships required to develop a comprehensive Consumer Metaverse offering

  • Educating and demonstrating various technical training activities to help solve challenges for colleagues and present to clients how the consumer metaverse offering and its building blocks could be used to deliver value at scale, and in short time

  • Leading and participating in client sales opportunities, proposal development and managing client project deliverables

  • Fortifying Accenture’s Consumer Metaverse practice and market position by creating content and taking part in professional forums, both internal and external

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience leveraging emerging technologies to architect and/or deliver transformations for clients

  • Minimum of 3 years’ demonstrated experience building business / technology offerings, managing them, and selling them internally and to clients

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with 3D content authoring and creation processes in consumer-focused settings (e.g., virtual stores, product configurators, 3D CMS, etc.)

  • Minimum of 1 year foundational knowledge of technologies related to the Metaverse: Multiparty Systems (Blockchain, Tokenization, NFTs), Extended Reality (AR/VR), or Virtual/Gaming Platforms (e.g., Roblox, Decentraland, Mona, etc.)

  • Minimum of 1 year demonstrated experience understanding, assessing, and analyzing industry or business challenges, identifying new opportunities, and explaining how an offering and service provides value with an objective and independent point of view

  • Minimum of 1 year demonstrated experience presenting to clients as well as facilitation experience with storytelling skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to insights on key methodologies, approaches, and market trends in the consumer industries (e.g., retail, media, fashion, etc.)

  • Self-driven individual with high level of attention to details and inquisitive/can-do attitude to new territories

  • Familiarity and/or architectural understanding of different technologies serving consumer experiences on the Metaverse (e.g., Cloud Rendering, e-Commerce platforms, volumetric capture, etc.)

  • Prior Management Consulting, agency, or enterprise services business experience

  • Understanding of the services sales & delivery lifecycle (from origination to secondary sale)

  • Strong communication skills with comfortability explaining new and complex scenarios and solutions in a simple, logical manner that addresses varying audiences from business process leads to C-suite and department leads
