Product Manager, Employer Services
Role Description:
As a Labcorp Employer Services (LES) Product Manager Associate you will be working as part of a team to deliver high value product features across all LES technology products and services. You will be responsible for prioritization, requirements definition and delivery to our stakeholders of features across our internal and participant facing platforms. An excellent candidate is a strategic thinker who comes up with creative solutions to challenging problems and business demands using technology. Through collaborative work with our engineering and delivery teams you will be able to support our business and deliver value in the face of competing priorities.
What You Will Be Doing
Building technology to support high quality end-to-end execution of LES Employer and Payer services – Health Screenings, Diagnostic Testing, Gaps in Care Programs, Flu Vaccinations and Health Coaching
Delivering features and capabilities across a broad suite of technology products servicing external clients as well as internal users
Coordinating with Software Development, Data Engineering, Agile Delivery and QA teams around work prioritization, requirements definition, timeline execution and rollout
Backlog maintenance including prioritization, refinement and sprint planning aimed at bringing the greatest value and impact to our business and client stakeholders.
Gathering and defining product requirements through collaborative meetings with business stakeholders and users, as well as detailed business analysis
Writing product requirement documents and agile work items (Epics, Features, Stories, Defects)
UI/UX design for software applications and offline patient experiences, including detailed mock-ups and proofs of concept Maintain awareness of industry trends and client/partner demands to support product strategy
Developing product documentation and training materials
Supporting development of standardized business processes around new product offerings or technology features
Your Experience and Skills
1 to 3 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner for an agile product delivery team
Experience leading meetings and driving requirements gathering discussions with product stakeholders
Experience building and maintaining a product backlog for an agile delivery team
Strong command for authoring product backlog items
Basic SQL coding knowledge and use of SQL Management Studio for database querying and to support detailed data requirements definition
Strong critical thinking skills with ability to process, simplify and logically break down highly complex problems
Business analysis skills for complex requirements definition and designing and documenting of system process flows
Driving vision for product strategy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills supporting both telephonic and in-person client interaction, as well as extensive collaboration across teams within the organization
Casual working knowledge of software development and architecture, relational databases, RESTful APIs
Strongly Preferred
Prior experience as a software Developer, data engineer, business analyst or other technical delivery role on a product development team.
Experience with using Azure DevOps for work backlog management
Pay Range: $74,300 - $148,600
