RESPONSIBILITIES
Building relationships with key agency partners such as research agencies, creative and world-class pack design agencies.
Create and embed a process to ensure all markets globally adhere to the global TRESemmé brand guidelines.
Support ongoing development of the TRESemmé Brand Book and communications with all markets when key updates have been made.
Analysing business and consumer opportunities to help our brand accelerate penetration and market share and expand our portfolio into new segments, benefit spaces, and/or new formats.
Part of the core team leading the innovation launch for a new platform launching in 2024 in close partnership with cross functional team including R&D, CMI, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, claims to ensure delivery of activities OTIF across UK, EU, and North America.
Being the leader of your innovation projects, driving progress among the cross-functional team from start to launch, managing marketing budget, and engaging closely with leadership teams to deliver against critical milestones.
Developing 360 communication strategy, marketing plans, and creative assets (TV, Digital, PR/ Social, In-store Activation, etc.) for your innovations, collaborating closely with our world-class Creative, Design, and Media Agency partners.
While based in London (100VE), this role requires working with markets in Europe, UK, MET and ANZ, giving the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of different consumer trends and unique market dynamics globally.
Lead specific areas of support for the UK market – embedding the global digital & others say strategy into the UK market, collaborating with local team.
Lead consumer and stylist research opportunities, cascading key insights to team.
Proficient user on SWOP, Innoflex and overall budget management.
ALL ABOUT YOU
Past Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required with suitable years of relevant (brand) marketing experience.
Previous experience in a Global or Regional role as well as prior experience and/or good understanding of B&W categories & EU markets is preferrable.
Demonstrable skills and/or inclination in the following areas:
Entrepreneurial mindset and out-of-the-box thinking – challenging the status quo when it gets in the way, applying critical thinking and creativity to problem solving.
Team working – creating a collaborative team environment where everybody can express their ideas, different views are respected and ensuring we celebrate the wins and have fun!
Knowledge of the Hair Category and global beauty trends.
Passion for growth and high performance – putting great care and rigor into what we do, being accountable for and taking pride of your work.
Strong project management skills with proven ability to prioritise tasks and work under tight deadlines.
Comfortable with agile ways of working, an independent work/self-starter willing to go the extra mile to get results.
Good business understanding with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach.
Excellent written and spoken business English.

Location
In September 2020, Unilever announced the intention to build a new sustainable campus site in Kingston, London to house the employees who currently work in 100 Victoria Embankment in Blackfriars, Lever House in Kingston and Graze in Richmond. We are creating our own Unilever sustainable, agile work environment, purposefully bringing us together in our own Unilever ecosystem. The campus is due to be completed in early 2025 and will consist of two interconnected buildings, as well as landscaped surrounding areas.

Recruitment Fraud
Cyber criminals advertise fake job adverts with prestigious employers as a way of stealing information or even defrauding individuals out of money. In the most sophisticated cases, they will set up fake websites, which have a similar address to companies like Unilever. They even conduct fake telephone interviews and then offer candidates a role with the proviso they pay a fee for background checks or to cover work visa costs. These types of attacks are becoming more common as more people are looking for employment in the economic climate.
How is Unilever tackling this?
Many of Unilever’s recruitment sites publish a warning to candidates about recruitment fraud. The Cyber Security team also proactively scan for signs of people setting up fake Unilever sites and act to close them down.
