Supply Chain Finance Manager - Beauty & Wellbeing
Who You Are and What You'll Do
The SC Finance Manager will join the Beauty & Wellbeing Supply Chain Finance Team (B&W SCF team) will play a crucial role in driving Cost Transformation agenda and will be a custodian of 5S savings. In addition, the role will be business partnering Supply chain organization and have a close connection with B&W Cost Transformation team.
Every year B&W delivers significant amount of Supply Chain savings and we have a very ambitious plan for the next 3 years. As a Finance, we need to ensure the appropriate governance over 5S savings projects (including reporting and pre-post evaluation), while providing full visibility into savings pipeline to our business partners.
5S savings management – support B&W Cost transformation team to drive E2E savings in P&L. This includes end to end governance: monthly reporting, financial support in projects evaluation and actualization (pre-post evaluation), provide 5S guidance, control processes, provide support for monthly 5S performance reviews with SC LT
5S savings management – support B&W Cost transformation team to drive savings. This includes end to end governance: monthly reporting, projects validations (Actuals), provide 5S guidance, control processes, provide support for monthly 5S performance reviews with SC LT
Forecast and Actuals – responsible for 5S Forecast & Actuals reconciliation, providing risk assessment and quality insights, driving corrective actions to make sure that projects are delivered as planned
Business case evaluation – responsible for running different Business cases (Capex, Sourcing, etc.), post launch evaluation analysis
Provide Support for Supply Chain and B&W Cost Transformation teams to drive continuous improvement of 5S savings though projects delivery, finding new opportunities, and providing clarity & visibility on 5S delivery to the key stakeholders
Leading a direct report, managing their daily deliverables and development.

What You'll Need to Succeed
Degree required, preferably in accounting or professional accounting qualification (CPA, CIMA, ACCA, etc.) with 6+ years of relevant finance experience
Experience in core finance areas (Supply Chain, FP&A, Brand) preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders
Advanced technical and analytical skills
Advanced problem-solving skills, ability to combine multiple and different data points to draw conclusions
Ability to lead and motivate people, demonstrate commitment to the team in achieving goals
Proactively share best practices, ideas, and insights with colleagues
Pay: The pay range for this position is $96,000 to $143,900. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
