You are:
The Agile Delivery Lead will work across account to promote awareness and adoption of Lean Agile values, principles, processes, and technical practices.
The work:
As a critical intermediary between the client and delivery teams, the Agile Delivery Lead will lead work to provide regular updates to program leadership on progress, delivery risks, and document solution decisions. Align the work of the operations delivery team to support client goals, meeting performance metrics and delivery requirements. Effectively establish and sustain client, Accenture cross team, and subcontractor relationships. Manage ongoing delivery of operations activities including analysis of system data, business volumes, issues and escalations to recommend and implement enhancements to improve delivery.
Qualifications
Here's What You Need:
5 years experience in a Lean Agile Coaching role leading product teams
Strong command of Lean Agile principles, practices and frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, XP and SAFe
Knowledge of technical software engineering practices e.g. BDD, TDD, continuous integration, continuous delivery, pair programming
Nice to have:
Knowledge of Cyberspace Operations Experience with knowledge of Offensive and Defensive Cyberspace operations and Cyber ISR
Knowledge of service cyber components, and the service acquisition organizations
5 years of software development experience with at least two years supporting a Federal customer.
Familiarity with the Federal contracting process and experience supporting a proposal effort.
Excellent facilitation and communication skills in a very senior client facing context.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
A passion for cultivating high performing teams and delivering value
Bonus Points:
US citizenship required
An active security clearance or the ability to obtain one may be required for this role.
Professional Certifications such as; SAFe Agilist SA and one or ICAgile Certified Professional ICP
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $146,800 to $209,599 and information on benefits offered is here: [Register to View]
