The work:
There is never a typical day at Accenture, but that’s why people love it here! As an Apprentice, you will support us in our mission of changing the experiences of people in the world. You will learn and apply creativity to change the way people experience interactions with each other and with the brands and companies we see every day. Apprentices are aligned to one of the following areas:
- Technology
- Interactive

Technology
- Develop technology solutions that make a difference to business, society, and the environment
- Learn programming skills to build portions of applications that solve our client's business and IT challenges
- Learn about every stage of the Service Delivery Lifecycle –– from new system rollouts to enhancements to ongoing maintenance of applications
- Talk with team members to design solutions that meet end users’ needs and technical requirements
- Closely analyze and test any new components or enhancements to existing IT modules
- Act as a detective, looking closely at software to make sure everything’s working to specification.
Interactive
- Learn and apply creativity to change the way people experience interactions with each other and with the brands and companies we see every day.
- Talk with team members to design solutions that meet end users’ needs and technical requirements
- Learn programming languages, modern frameworks, and/or design thinking to support your project team
- Develop digital experience solutions that make a difference to business, society, and the environment
- Identifying strategic solutions to achieve desired outcomes
- Design communication experiences to reach all audiences with bold ideas and marketing across every touchpoint.
Applied Intelligence
- Work with your team members to help solve problems, implement and promote data-driven decisions.
- Provide clients the capability to understand their organization’s performance and find data-driven answers to support their decision-making process.
- Help ensure data quality by collaborating with our client, partners, team lead(s), database engineers, ETL developers, data analysts and delivery center
- Learn to design dashboards, reports, and visual products to support your project team
- Closely analyze and test relational and distributed data environments
- Focus on client data protection and ensure information security standards are maintained

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
