The Work...

As a WFM Senior Analyst you will be responsible for implementing solutions and software functionality that meets customer needs and specifications related to WFM. You will be responsible for the configuration, testing, training and deployment of the solution, through to go-live support, ensuring that it meets Accenture REPL Consulting quality standards.

  • Delivery of the solution within scope, to budget and to REPL Consulting quality standards

  • Ensure compliance with REPL Consulting best practice and maintenance of objective proof of compliance

  • Timely handover of project to support with all relevant and up-to-date documentation

  • Work with clients to define requirements and map functionality ensuring any non-standard functional specifications are identified, logged and escalated where appropriate

  • Highlight and document any development or integration requirements to support Solution Architect

  • Assist with project management including updating the plan, tracking timelines, escalating risks and facilitating workshops and meetings

  • Support the client team with project planning, change delivery across business units and knowledge transfer

  • Manage any issues, identify causes and escalating where appropriate

  • Create and maintain system documents for all configured elements

  • Support the client with functional testing and end to end acceptance testing escalating any failures and identifying causes

  • Assist migration of solution to Production environment

  • Assist training delivery both internally and to clients

  • Support Go-Live and rollout of end solution

  • Admin, including timesheets, status reports, training, expenses and travel

Qualifications

Here's what you need...

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Workforce Management solution (i.e. Ceridian, Kronos, Blue Yonder WFM, etc.)

Nice to have...

  • Minimum of 2 years in a customer facing role

  • Minimum of 2 years interfacing with systems

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in central operations and/or Human Capital/Workforce management

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is
