Job Description:
As a Fluency Clinical Application Analyst, you will
Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.Configure and support the Fluency application, and coordinate work with other impacted on and offshore teams.
Provide maintenance and development.
Provide post production support.
Meet different SLA across incidents, problems, change, root cause identification, defect resolution, etc.
Work with end customers, client stakeholders, and offshore team.
Provide on call support during non working hours.
