Special Credits Unit Officer

The Special Credits Unit Officer roles develops, plans and implements practices and procedures to minimize loan charge-offs from adversely graded loans. They also develop, plan and implement strategies to recover from borrowers whose non-performing loans have been charged off.
As a Special Credits Unit Officer you will
- Drive attainment of functional/functional unit results
- Support and embedding change initiatives, identifying and developing new or improved delivery mechanisms
- Take responsibility for the delivery of end results and contributing to planning, finances, budget and policy development
- Act as escalation point for complex issues
- Negotiate mainly internally and at higher levels
- Understand functional risks in own functional area and monitoring team adherence to policies
For this role, HSBC targets a fixed pay range between $130,812.00 and $210,000.00.
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
