Bilingual Customer Service Opportunity (Leading to Recruiting/HR role)
Overview
Job Summary: The Contractor Care Representative will manage the contractor experience by providing world-class customer service for external contractors with Aerotek. This individual will be responsible for providing service touch-points from offer accepted through the duration of the contractors work assignment and on. The Contractor Care Representative is responsible for ensuring our contract employees receive superior support in relation to all job-related questions, concerns or issues. The CCR will work with all appropriate Aerotek support groups and Recruiters to address contractor questions and requests. Such support groups include, but are not limited to: FSG, HR, Recruiters, Account Managers etc. This opportunity is entry level and has opportunity to move into a Recruiting or HR Field Support opportunity in the future.

Essential Functions:

Hours: Monday- Friday; 8AM- 5PM
Pay Rate: $20.67/hour; eligible for a yearly bonus of $10,500 paid quarterly (Totalling approximately $53,500 per year)
