Job Description:
Assist in making the internal state of Citizens infrastructure and services visible to stakeholders for troubleshooting, performance analysis, capacity planning, and reporting
Develop platforms and tooling to enable developers and operators to trace performance problems to their source efficiently, and to map their application performance to business objectives
Lead the standardization and adoption of observability tools for the Infrastructure department such as Platform, Database, Reliability, and Cloud Operations teams, as well as UI & API development teams working on Consumer and Business Banking Applications for Citizens
