Job Summary:

This role is primarily responsible for sourcing (finding) and prescreening candidates to be interviewed and considered for Aerotek's local customer base.

Essential Functions:

  • Generate candidates through various sourcing methods, including but not limited to Aerotek’s resume database, job postings, social media platforms, job boards, etc.
  • Drive the initial introductory call and phone screen process – document all conversations and relevant updates to candidate status
  • Identification of candidates specific to skill set required for customer job opening
  • Creating and updating candidate profiles in applicant tracking system
  • Partnering with Recruiters to move candidates along in the interview process (candidate gets passed off after initial phone screen is conducted)
  • Network and build relationships with job seekers
  • Generate referrals

Minimum Education/Abilities/Skills:

  • 1 – 2 years’ work experience
  • Clear communicator
  • Tech savvy
  • Phone comfort
  • Customer service experience
