Perform Requirements Gathering
Perform Functional Analysis
Document Functional Requirements
Complete User Approvals and Sign-Off of Requirements
Develop User Acceptance Test Plans
Develop Post-Production Verification Requirements
Functional and technical support of UAT Testers and Developers
Support and analyze production abends and end-user application issues
Support the development, review training materials, and participate in the implementation of the training as appropriate
