Our purpose -- Our group are building the next generation digital platform for Global Banking and Markets in HSBC. Our product is delivered to external users and to Sales users in over 40 countries. Our current focus has been on Cash FX execution, now we are broadening our scope to other asset classes such as FX Options and Money Markets.

The Subject Matter Expert (SME) mainframe role is for an experienced Endevor/Changeman Administrator to add significant value to the global team. This is a rare opportunity to join a professional and successful global team delivering, maintaining and supporting the Source Code Management (SCM) and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) functions to our many mainframe developers globally.

Here’s what you can Expect:

• Endevor and Changeman administration on a daily basis
• Leading and supporting regional and global projects to enhance the products, such as automation and streamlining
• Support for left-field projects
• Endevor and Changeman build work for new and existing applications
• Daytime and out-of-hours support
• Customer liaison and incident handling (our customers are mainframe developers)
• Attending and contributing to regional and global team and project meetings
• Optional occasional offsite attendance at external conferences and similar

For this role, HSBC targets a fixed pay range between $96,900 and $145,300.

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
