Twisted Pixel Games is seeking an Operations Manager to join our expanding studio. A successful Operations Manager will be a self-motivated, flexible individual, who has strong communication and interpersonal skills, and can deliver a high level of attention to detail and organization.

Required Skills

Operations Manager - Twisted Pixel Responsibilities:

  • Review and improve organizational processes to enhance studio productivity, efficiency and morale
  • Build strategic relationships and manage communication and alignment across departments
  • Lead a positive and smooth onboarding experience for new hires
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team to identify and engage high quality candidates
  • Track all potential candidates end-to-end, and ensure a streamlined and efficient experience occurs
  • Facilitate team engagement across onsite, hybrid and remote coworkers
  • Organize small and large group forums to engage with team and studio leadership
  • Partner with Production, Legal, and Content Operations on vendor contracts, assessments, and onboarding
  • Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, communications and correspondences are controlled, and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored
  • Manage relationships with operations-related vendors, service providers and landlord
  • Manage individuals responsible for facilities, office supplies, company event planning, and technical support
  • Maintain and monitor COVID-19 related protocols (PPE, testing, signage, etc.)

Minumum Qualification

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficient in desktop productivity software
  • Experience with effective communication including responding in a clear, concise, and respectful manner
  • Resourceful collaborator with experience identifying problems and creating solutions
  • Proven time management skills and experience multitasking and prioritizing work
  • Detail-oriented with superb organizational and project management skills
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • 5+ years of proven operations experience

Preferred Qualification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in task tracking software (ClickUp, Jira, or similar)
  • Enjoys bringing calm to chaos
  • Interested in or enjoyment of playing video games
  • Proficient in Slack and Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets)
