Global Agency Director
Meta is seeking an experienced leader with demonstrated success managing large-scale, global partnerships. This person will be accountable for leading the relationship with one of our key agency partners at the global holding company level. We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success in dealing with ambiguity, successfully managing teams, and problem-solving within a high-matrixed organization. Ideal candidates will have management experience in an agency or sales environment as well as demonstrated expertise selling cross-network marketing solutions, and capable of leading business development efforts for Meta’s advertising solutions to large advertising agencies and clients. Creative thinking and the ability to work cross-functionally to develop scalable solutions for the channel are paramount. A high degree of emphasis will be placed on strategic alliances, education, and unlocking new paths to transform our partnerships with agencies. You will work collaboratively with sales, operations, product, and marketing teams to ensure we are meeting agency and client needs globally, regionally and locally. This leader will establish relationships with top marketing decision makers at traditional agencies and companies. This position reports to the Vice President, Global Agency Development.
Required Skills
Global Agency Director Responsibilities:
- Play the lead role in developing a holistic global business partnership framework for the holding company
- Global responsibility for architecting and coordinating the strategies to scale growth across all regions
- Lead complex initiatives and deliver scalable agency partner development
- Work cross-functionally with local sales teams, business operations, measurement, and product to optimize our sales efforts
- Consult with Product Marketing to help shape product development in support of partner needs
- Serve as Meta’s lead representative to clients on company strategy and product updates
- guide the creation of persuasive presentations and stories that demonstrate the value of Meta to marketers in the Agency partner channel
- Identify winning strategies and programs and scale their success across the organization
- Increase the effectiveness of the team by clearly communicating strategies, prioritizing team needs, and building community across the team that serves our partners
- Develop and implement best practices for partner and client interaction, supporting sales and services for Meta
Minumum Qualification
Minimum Qualifications:
- 15+ years marketing and sales experience
- 5+ years in digital media agency experience
- Proven management experience in managing cross-functional teams and people not directly reporting to you
- Experience prioritizing and focusing managers and the team
- Experience communicating the benefit of marketing opportunities to partners and brands
- Proven communication and presentation experience on translating insights, product information, and data in to client value
- Experience as a leader of change, achieving operational excellence by introducing performance measures, processes and systems
Preferred Qualification

- BA/BS Degree
- Avid Meta user and deep knowledge of competitive social media platforms
- Knowledge of the advertising agency channel
- Thoughtful risk-taker who challenges the status quo and confidently drives innovation and change for maximum impact on clients and the organization
- Experience performing well in highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
