Meta is seeking a Merchandising Programming and Operations Lead for the Meta Quest App Store who will be responsible for the initiation, management, and maintenance of the team’s processes, tooling frameworks and programming strategy.
You have a demonstrated understanding of setting up processes and continually improving them, campaign prioritization, pricing/discount strategies, and content merchandising, and mapping initiatives. You also have the proven ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment, deliver on hard deadlines and work collaboratively with cross-functional and global partners.

Required Skills

Operations and Programming Lead Responsibilities:

  • Deliver relevant product, business, and design input at relevant points in the tooling and analytics development lifecycles by working closely with cross-functional engineering, data science, product marketing, UXR, and TPM teams
  • Prioritize merchandising support of engineering requests to maximize product impact
  • Coordinate sprint cycles, experimentation roadmaps, and cross-dependencies across numerous engineering and cross-functional teams
  • Coordinate go-to-market strategies and merchandising activity prioritization with cross-functional teams
  • Contribute to product roadmap, technical design, project, workflow, and tooling documentation for cross-functional partners
  • Maintain strong ownership of the tools and system frameworks. Ensure resolution of issues as they arise, with an eye towards streamlining processes and reducing edge cases
  • Track store performance metrics and drive programs that generate the best possible outcomes for promotional success
  • Identify process improvements and provide feedback to optimize the programming strategy and operations of the merchandising pillars

Minumum Qualification

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1+ years experience designing, building or working within a content management system (CMS)
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and tracking deliverables
  • Demonstrated experience integrating cross functional and engineering requirements
  • Experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance
  • Analytical and problem-solving experience and the experience thinking outside the box to solve complex problems

Preferred Qualification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills with a focus on being clear, simple, and direct
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving team results
  • Excellent business judgment, strong fact-based decision-making, problem-solving skills, and a practical sense of drawing the right conclusion
  • 6+ years of project or program management experience, campaign execution preferred
