Facility Process Coordinator
Meta is seeking a Facility Process Coordinator to join our Data Center Facility Operations team. Our data centers serve as the foundation upon which our suite of products operates to meet the demands of our customers. The Facility Process Coordinator will work with the larger Infrastructure Data Centers team to facilitate operating and maintaining the data center through document control and process creation.
Required Skills
Facility Process Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Administer third party software to set up workflows for entire data center campus
- Coordinate the development, review and approval of all operating procedures
- Manage the document turnover process to ensure all construction documents are properly transferred to operations teams
- Audit procedures and processes for compliance to operations standards and adherence to quality
- Act as project manager for local process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with centralized support teams to bring global initiatives to the local site
- Main administer of training and qualification programs with site teams
Minumum Qualification
Minimum Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 3+ years’ experience working in a critical operations environment
- Organization skills
- High school diploma or GED
- Communication skills
- Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Method of Procedures (MOP’s)
