Background & Purpose of the Job
As Unilever continues its Digital journey for growth, the North America UniOps Market Operations IT Team plays a key role to deliver technology, enabling business growth and efficiency. UniOps is organized around 5 teams, Commercial experience, Consumer experience, Data and Analytics, Customer experience, and Employee experience. This role is part of the Customer experience team which is responsible to maintain operation on our technology landscape and deliver IT changes for the North America business. The successful candidate will have a logical and solution-oriented mindset. They will partner local business teams to identify, scope and land innovative solutions that drive growth. This will involve working with global / local IT technology teams, Enterprise Architecture, and/or external partners to achieve the best possible outcome for the business. Key to success for this role would be to have a learning mind set, understanding of our technology landscape and acquire end to end business process knowledge.
Who You Are & What You Will Do
·Work as part of the In-Market IT team to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders
·Work with stakeholders to identify new business value and translate into feature requests aligned with the product vision, goals and requirements
·Lead proactive issue identification and prevention practices across all IT Infrastructure Services areas
·Work collaboratively with architecture and development team members to identify appropriate technical solutions to realize business value
·Work with Product Management teams to refine business value and develop a prioritized backlog
·Promote and ensure adherence to secure coding, unit testing, test automation, and continuous delivery best practices
·Services continuity, ensure incidents are promptly escalated and managed to prompt resolution by Service Delivery and Platform Teams (Network, Security, PC, Print, Major incidents)
·Proactively seek to understand the business strategy, business process flows and how technology can help
·Collaborate with global IT platform teams and third parties to deliver business solutions
·Project manage key strategic programs from start to finish including – but not limited to – business requirements gathering, technology research, project tracking, status reporting, risk and issue management, testing, stakeholder management and communications.

What You Will Need To Succeed
5 years of experience in an application or infrastructure delivery role with high exposure to and/or responsibility for both the delivery of projects and ongoing support
Strong working knowledge of Personal Computing, Communications, Device and Mobile Technologies
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) are critical to the role’s success
Working knowledge of IT application systems and the infrastructure that enables them
Good external view of the marketplace to ensure that future strategies are relevant to the business
Collaboration Technologies, Incident and problem management and Service Improvement
Strong customer service mind-set
Adhere to our organizational design principles
Key priorities in each space, how will we work on these priorities + everything else – what will we stop doing
Pay: The pay range for this position is $67,000 to $100,500. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs. Bonus: This position is bonus eligible. Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible. Benefits: Unilever employees are eligible to participate in our benefits plan.
