Manage all accounts payable/accounts receivable;/pgt;lt;pgt;lt;stronggt;Reports to:lt;/stronggt; Accounting Manager, Operational Finance or Financial Manager, Operational Finance lt;/pgt;lt;pgt;lt;stronggt;Essential Duties amp;amp; Responsibilities:lt;/stronggt; lt;/pgt;lt;ulgt;lt;ligt;Coordinate month-end close and quarter close activities. lt;/ligt;lt;ligt;Review and update end of month journal entries and inter-company charges. lt;/ligt;lt;ligt;Perform trial balance account analysis and reconciliation. lt;/ligt;lt;ligt;Process accounts payable. lt;/ligt;lt;ligt;Administer general and administrative (Gamp;amp;A) accounts. lt;/ligt;lt;ligt;Resolve accounts payable issues with vendors. lt;/ligt;lt;ligt;Allocate third party vendor invoices. lt;/ligt;lt;ligt;Maintain and update legal log expenses. lt;/ligt;lt;ligt;Analyze and submit monthly insurance forms. lt;/ligt;lt;ligt;Maintain fixed asset inventory schedule. lt;/ligt;lt;ligt;Coordinate accounts receivable process including depositing checks, posting all payments, submitting payment notifications to vendors. lt;/ligt;lt;ligt;Coordinate activities related to weekly payroll for profit center trade employees. lt;/ligt;lt;ligt;Manage cash activites: lt;ulgt;lt;ligt;Review bank reconciliations prepared by financial center. lt;/ligt;lt;ligt;Prepare petty cash bank reconciliation. lt;/ligt;lt;ligt;Cash requirements for releasing of checks. lt;/ligt;lt;ligt;Monitor preconstruction/bid job costs and bill as appropriate. lt;/ligt;lt;/ulgt;lt;/ligt; lt;ligt;Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as assignedlt;/ligt;lt;/ulgt;
