Position Description: Lead, direct and coordinate day-to-day management of one or more SourceBlue projects and coordinate with the national SourceBlue group. Reports to: SourceBlue Regional Business Manager Essential Duties & Responsibilities*: Create prospects for SourceBlue’s sales opportunity.Support business unit (BU) SourceBlue sales efforts by integrating with the BU sales team, preconstruction team and Project Executives.Provide technical sales support for BU Business Development and Preconstruction.Lead SourceBlue presentations.Ensure compliance with SourceBlue’s purchasing and risk management policies/procedures.Draft project specific scopes of work for equipment/product vendors.Solicit vendor pricing and ensure Supply Chain Product Manager is aware of vendor involvement.Analyze vendor bids and prepare bid analysis spreadsheets.Close vendor contract terms on assigned projects and ensure Supply Chain Product Manager reviews bid process.Prepare and route vendor purchase orders (POs) and scopes of work through national SourceBlue group for review and approval.Create, update and maintain purchasing and submittal logs.Assist the BU in educating jobsite personnel on their requirements regarding the implementation of SourceBlue purchased equipment/products.Organize and run Job Meeting #1 for each SourceBlue project.Manage budget and financial reporting, interpret and analyze reports to ensure adherence to project budget.Manage submittals, testing, delivery, startup, training and record documents for SourceBlue purchased equipment/products.Manage payment application process and track receivables.Schedule and coordinate factory testing and attend tests as required.Coordinate and manage startup and commissioning activities for SourceBlue equipment/products.Compile and submit final equipment, product warrantees and as-built drawings.Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, design consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and owner’s representatives to ensure alignment with client goals and expectations from initiation to completion of the project.Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the contract documents (including Turner’s contract, plans, specifications and applicable codes).
