Partner with Financial Managers (FM), management, and other departments to assist in management of financial reporting, budgeting, and;/pgt;lt;pgt;lt;stronggt;Essential Duties amp;amp; Responsibilities:lt;/stronggt;lt;/pgt;lt;pgt; Prepare, analyze and review internal and external;brgt; Develop ad-hoc financial reports and analyze as required by FM and;brgt; Perform account analysis and reconciliations during the month-end close;brgt; Partner with FM to provide year-end detailed analysis and work papers for year-end corporate;brgt; Contribute to development and maintenance of budgeting and forecasting reports for Profit Center Gamp;amp;;brgt; Collaborate with FM and leadership team on development, preparation and meeting goals of annual profit;brgt; Collaborate with FM to ensure adherence to financial compliance to ensure rigorous and ethical standards of compliance with external requirements (GAAP, IAS, FARS, ERISA and IRS) and internal company policies (Accounting, Risk Management and Cost).lt;brgt; Develop and implement financial tools to facilitate analysis and reporting;brgt; Participate in month-end quarter close, balance sheet reconciliations, deferred rent, fixed assets, and leasehold improvement;brgt; Assist with Sales tax audits and coordinate training with staff under guidance of Financial;brgt; Support Financial Manager in all internal review, year-end, and client;brgt; Conduct month-end analysis, accrual analysis, operation review analysis, transfers to projects, FM to delegate AOP set;brgt; Maintain or audit quarterly season ticket logs, gift card logs; validate policies and procedures, produce journal entries as;brgt; Maintain employee cost centers and follow up with missing time entry with Financial;brgt; Interface with Financial;brgt; Analyze and prepare special projects as directed by Financial Manager and leadership;brgt; Other activities, duties, and responsibilities as;/pgt;
