Job Description Join BAE Systems' Intelligence and Security Sector and be a part of a diverse and enthusiastic team providing Leadership Training and Workshops to our customer. We are searching for talented Technical Trainers to join our growing team providing in-person and virtual sessions. As a Technical Trainer, you may:
- Maintain materials for designated courses and workshops
- Work with a collaborative team to ensure all materials are accurate, engaging and delivered with the utmost professionalism
- Leverage the customer's learning management system to deliver course or workshop materials
- Provide clear, concise and constructive feedback to students
Required Education, Experience, & Skills - Bachelor's Degree in English
- 5+ years of instructional experience
- Proficient writing for impact skills for use in resumes and performance management
- Experience with STAR and CCAR formats
- Experience within the Intelligence Community, specifically GEOINT
- Demonstrates knowledge of core principles of performing and communicating GEOINT work and solutions
- Possess excellent writing and briefing skills as it relates to the communication of GEOINT
- Proficient knowledge of writing and briefing techniques, basic audio-visual instructional aids and Microsoft Office
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - Master's Degree in English
- 7+ years of instructional experience with a minimum of 4 years within the GEOINT community
