Job Description

Join BAE Systems’ Intelligence and Security sector and be a part of a team who provides critical intelligence research and analysis that helps keep our country safe. We are searching for a Senior Cyber Analyst to provide and oversee the production of high-value analysis, assessment, and mission support to US Army operations. In this role, the candidate will:
  • Provide all-source analysis of cyberspace threats and activities.
  • Produce current and predictive finished intelligence products.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with other intelligence disciplines to produce finished intelligence products, including threat assessments.
  • Assess and provide formal recommendations on emerging cyber intelligence methodologies and tools.
  • Brief senior personnel and officers as needed.
  • Provide input to cyber intelligence training.
  • Oversee operational planning, technical papers, and other tasks as directed by customer.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience conducting cyber intelligence.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams of analysts of various sizes and skill levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to network within the local customer base.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience working with the US Army or DoD on intelligence missions.
  • Prior military or government analytical training.
  • 3+ years of intelligence processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) experience and/or structured analytic techniques.
  • Experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing intelligence methodologies and approaches to enhance mission capabilities.
