Senior Brand Marketing Specialist

BAE is seeking a motivated and positive Marketing Specialist to design, create, and deliver marketing standards, programs, and products to support the growth and consumption of services and products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Our team develops, maintains, and enhances our customer’s status as a premier Digital Forensics Center of Excellence through a variety of marketing programs, multi and physical media creation, and graphic communications enablement.
• This candidate creates and maintains digital and graphic materials used in support of Mission Partner Liaison, mission engagement, marketing, and other command requirements.
• Creates and maintains DC3 digital and graphic materials used in support of Mission Partner Liaison, AG/OED engagement, DCISE marketing, and other command requirements.
• Coordinates media production and web site design with outside firms.
• Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
• May supervise others.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• This position requires the successful candidate to have an active Secret clearance. The criteria for obtaining and holding a clearance are driven by US government requirements.
• Requires 5+ years of experience with a Bachelors, or 3+ years with a Master's, or 0+ years with a PhD.
• Strong MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint skills.
• Proven track record of driving the adoption of new ideas, and pioneering new approaches.
• Requires strong organizational skills, with the ability to thrive and excel in sense-of-urgency environments.
• Responsible for leveraging best practices, and requires the ability to prepare presentations using marketing resource materials such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, and reports.
• Experience utilizing different research methodologies, as well as brand and marketing models.
