Mid level All Source Analyst

Job Description BAE Systems is looking for a full time, Mid-level All Source Analyst. This analyst will apply investigative and analytical methodologies to perform political, military and order of battle analysis on the INDOPACOM AOR in support of DoD mission requirements. They will use intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national
security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic Defense Intelligence environment researching, analyzing, and producing intelligence products and research papers using an assortment of intelligence sources. The candidate will produce, present and defend analytic positions and produce intelligence assessments with minimal oversight.

Primary Responsibilities:

Use All Source analytic techniques to produce finished intelligence products
Apply analytical tradecraft and evaluative techniques to address information gaps.
Create innovative solutions to analytical and information shortfalls.
Analytically support the intelligence cycle, including: requirements, collection, processing, analysis, dissemination, feedback.
Use a variety of analytic tools: Analyst Notebook, Palantir, IC databases, Microsoft Office, standard DoD analytic databases.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills 8+ years of experience with research and all source analysis
Comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
INDOPACOM AOR experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
