Program Manager - Space Products - Hybrid (Northern VA or Southern, NH)
Job Description Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely. The location for this role is Southern, NH or Northern VA, with consideration for remote candidates full time.

From wafers to components to circuit card assemblies and subsystems, our products are ubiquitous throughout Earth’s orbit and beyond. Known as an industry leader for its suite of radiation hardened products, the Space Systems Product Line leverages decades of expertise to build robust products operating in many commercial, civil, and national security Space missions over the past 20+ years. Such applications include GPS, weather monitoring, satellite television and radio, and, recently, the James Webb Space Telescope.
Space Systems is currently in search of an entry-level Program Manager. The Program Manager will coordinate, plan, organize, control, integrate, and execute a project or collection of projects. Additionally, the PM will ensure achievement of financial, schedule, technical, and new business performance objectives. Finally, the PM must model and demonstrate strong leadership in ethics, safety, and security.
**Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship status**Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Ability to work with financial analysts to achieve all financial objectives for the program
- Strong communication skills both internal and customer facing
- Ability to lead cross functional teams (ie Engineering, Finance, Operations, etc.) in the execution of complex technical tasks
- Ability to develop and execute a program schedule and subsequently track status against that schedule
- Master’s degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Experience leading Earned Value programs
- Working knowledge developing proposals for new business pursuits
