Project Analyst - CTO

Job Description Manage a $10M+ Budget for a Naval Innovation Science and Engineering (NISE) program. Track execution of over 50 projects annually.
Primary POC for questions regarding NISE projects.
Generate an annual report for the NISE projects. Work with PIs to develop outcome objects.
Coordinate with other warfare centers to facilitate collaboration on similar/supporting efforts.
Technology Investment Planning & Execution Reporting System (TIPERS) SME for NUWC Keyport.
Act as the financial analyst for NISE investments. Provide recommendations on funding changes to the Chief Technology Officer and department financial analyst.
Develop complex reports in TIPERS and Excel to adequately display information and communicate the required message to the appropriate audience.
Coordinate with Keyport’s corporate business office/comptrollers to establish network activities for internal investments.
Brief all levels of the local chain of command to include department heads/CO/TD and all levels of HQ staff up to the Executive Director.
Coordinate VIP visits for the CTO.
Manage wikis for the CTO, NISE and ORTA.
Create wikis and Jira projects.
Assist the CTO in conduct of the science and technology health assessment.
Schedule and coordinate lab tours/project reviews of NISE projects with the CO/TD.
Work on special projects for the CTO.
Attend departmental PPR meetings.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills A BS degree preferably in mechanical or electrical engineering
Mastery of MS Office Suite especially Excel/Word/PowerPoint
Mastery of Atlassian Jira
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Mastery of TIPERS
Mastery of Atlassian Confluence
Access to ERP and knowledge of generating reports
