We are looking for experienced Windows Systems Administrator to join our technology-based program supporting a key government customer. This program will deliver engineering services for network infrastructure as well as sophisticated enterprise computing infrastructure including end-point devices, data center hosted servers, multi-Cloud services as well as virtualized applications, and storage systems. Enterprise Computing Engineering services include modern application technology including containerized solutions with orchestrated workflow that function both on customer premise, and via remote Cloud services. Network infrastructure engineering services are comprised of core infrastructure, voice and video engineering, field engineering, application management and development for networks, network analytics, firewalls, network access controls and bandwidth service delivery. Required Education, Experience, & Skills We are actively seeking Windows Systems Administrators with a minimum of 6 years' experience. Bachelor's or Master’s Degrees are preferred in one or more of the disciplines described below where specific skills may include the following:

Responsibilities include:

· Provide O&M support to an application in a cloud environment (Amazon Web Services)
· Troubleshoot application/database issues (including missing reports)
· Manage standard and privileged user access to the application
· Perform security scans and address findings
· Perform routine audit log inspections per approved security plans
· Track and renew service certificates
· Manage and respond to Cloud monitoring alerts
· Provide technical support to application users
· Maintain the relational databases for the application; backup and restore databases, when needed
· Analyze database performance and recommend corrective and preemptive actions
· Develop design and operational documents for supported application
· Collaborate with management, engineering and internal customers


Required education, Experience and Skills:

· Experience working in a cloud environment (Amazon Web Services)
· Demonstrated experience creating and managing database tables and objects
· Demonstrated experience with commercial database technology (e.g., Oracle, SQL, PostGres)
· Knowledge of database port security
· Experience with database performance monitoring and querying
· Database backups and restoration
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Preferred Education, Experience and Skills:

· AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification
· Automated backup systems
