Job Description
- Inventory capital assets and government / customer property utilizing a scanner - done within labs, manufacturing areas, storage areas, containers, warehouses and equipment stock rooms
- Resolve tagging issues by performing research utilizing various databases
- Perform inventory reconciliation (compare available data against inventory results), this requires extensive email and personal communication across the company
- Interface with all levels of management to accurately capture inventory results
- Travel to other locations (outside of NH / MA) with other team members to perform complete and sample inventories
- Update information within established databases and perform the required analysis to support various reports
- Search for lost or misplaced equipment using available data from multiple sources
This role will be
performed entirely on-site at the BAE Systems facilities in Hudson, NH.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills - 2-3 years of experience performing inventory or similar activities
- Experience within the defense environment
- Accurate, neat in appearance, quality conscious
- Looking to work in an environment that provides assorted opportunities over a long period of time
- High level of expertise with Microsoft applications and ability to learn new systems
- High energy individual
- High school education plus additional trade / college courses
- Solid work experience (preference within BAE Systems)
Pursuant to a specific U.S. Government Contract, selected individual must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills - Preference is that candidate has a current Secret Clearance
