Senior Administrator – Hyperion Planning and Essbase (Remote)
Job Description BAE Systems, Inc. is looking for a Senior Administrator – Hyperion Planning and Essbase) to join the Enterprise Shared Services – Information Technology organization and specifically with the Functional Applications Team. You will work with Finance teams across BAE Systems, North America and its multiple businesses, helping them utilize Hyperion for direct and indirect planning within the Integrated Business Planning process. This is a critical role that will also provide support on the most complex technical matters.
In this job, you will:
• Be responsible for the day to day administration of Hyperion Planning and Essbase
• Assist with data/performance issue resolution and solving root cause of problems as incurred
• Support monthly accounting close and quarterly financial forecast
• Collaborate with teams across the organization and effectively liaison with the business process owners
• Update and enhance existing Admin Documentation
• Participate in the design, development, enhancement and testing of Hyperion applications in accordance with requirements and business processes
Required Education, Experience, & Skills Education & Experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting or similar
- 8+ Years of work experience in an equivalent field is required
- 5+ Years of experience with Hyperion products such as Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Essbase
Required Skills:
- Experience with Hyperion Planning and Essbase (ASO/BSO)
- Expert in implementing Hyperion Planning and Essbase solutions
- Experience using LCM in support of application clones

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Hyperion Planning PBCS and EPBCS
- Experience administering/developing Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Applications a plus
- Consulting Experience a plus
- ServiceNow experience a plus
