Contracts Bid Representative IV

The successful candidate shall be accountable for providing support to the Contracts Administrators when it comes to running reports and entering orders into the Oracle System. The candidate needs to be well organized and have the ability to turn requests around in a timely manner.
Daily responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
1. Entering Orders into the System in a timely manner
2. Pulling reports from the system as required
3. Processing Billings
4. Maintaining contract files within windchill
Required Education, Experience, & Skills Required education: High School Diploma with 3+ years of experience or an Associate’s Degree with 1+
Required skills:
- Well Organized
- Experience working within data bases
- Proven strong written and verbal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member
- Has experience working with Oracle
