BAE Systems Organization is looking for a Bid and Contracts Representative to support the various product lines within our Controls and Avionics Solutions (CAS) Contracts Organization. With a focus on supporting our Power and Propulsion business. This position will be onsite in Endicott NY, with the opportunity for Hybrid work from home.The successful candidate shall be accountable for providing support to the Contracts Administrators when it comes to running reports and entering orders into the Oracle System. The candidate needs to be well organized and have the ability to turn requests around in a timely manner.Daily responsibilities to include, but not limited to: 1. Entering Orders into the System in a timely manner2. Pulling reports from the system as required3. Processing Billings4. Maintaining contract files within windchillRequired Education, Experience, & Skills Required education: High School Diploma with 3+ years of experience or an Associate’s Degree with 1+Required skills:
