GEOINT Task Lead Imagery Analyst
Description
Job Description:The Intelligence Group at Leidos has an opening for a GEOINT Task Lead / Imagery Analyst to support our customer in Alexandria, VA. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience in imagery analysis to support a national security customer, while leading a small production-based team in day-to-day operations. As a GEOINT Task Lead, you will perform initial production and quality control measures of key program deliverables to design, develop, and deliver geospatial intelligence products. The candidate should have deep a geospatial background and proven experience managing a team.
The candidate will work directly with customers and team members to create, edit, research, evaluate, analyze, and fuse data from multiple sources and datasets to produce current and finished geospatial intelligence products. The candidate will be solutions focused, knowledgeable of troubleshooting systems and developing innovative approaches, procedures, or techniques to optimize program efficiencies. The candidate will prepare, quality control, and deliver geospatial products to customers and advise leadership of intelligence issues and challenges. The candidate will exercise their oral and written communication skills to collaborate with customer stakeholders and Program Management on program status and future innovations. The candidate will additionally assist in the development and documentation of program tactics, techniques, and procedures. The candidate will additionally maintain a positive attitude under pressure, encouraging staff and empowering their success.
Basic Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
- BA/BS with 3+ years of relevant imagery analysis experience and at least 1 year of leading or managing a team
- Ability to produce dynamic GEOINT products
- Strong knowledge of both softcopy exploitation and dissemination functionalities
- Strong knowledge of the following systems and software programs: REMOTEVIEW, IEC, NES, and common office software to include PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, and word processing
- Strong time management skills
- Strong OSINT skills
- Comfortable working independently and as a team
- Understanding of collections management workflows and processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and demanding work environment
- Demonstrated ability to brief senior staff officers to affect decisions
- BA/BS and 6+ years of relevant imagery experience and at least 3 years of leading or managing a team
- Understanding of collections management workflows and processes
