The Leidos Civil Group is seeking a Program Analyst to join the National Airspace System (NAS) Integration Support Contract (NISC IV) team. The position will be supporting the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) Environmental Occupational Safety and Health (EOSH) Services Group (AJW-23) for Air Traffic Organization (ATO). This Program Analyst will assist the FAA in executing the ATO Hearing Conservation (HCP) and Occupational Medicine (OCC MED) programs.
This candidate must be located within or a commuting distance to College Park, GA (zip code: 30337), as this position is fully onsite.
Assist in the review of FAA developed HCP and Occ-Med Program Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and FAA Employee Medical File System (EMFS) Implementation Instruction and program documentation.
Assist in the preparation and follow-up on action items resulting from annual meetings and teleconferences, track metrics, updates to documents, and conduct of research and related assigned tasking.
Provide scanning and medical record management and storage services in accordance with ATO SOPs by utilizing the Occ-Med EMFS Server and non-electronic record-keeping equipment.
Assist in the maintenance and storage of ATO employee Occ-Med Records at the FAA Repository (Atlanta) to include file management (electronic and non-electronic), file inventory reports, shipping, and handling of records, by following ATO SOPs.
Complete record disposition including the transfer of retired records to the National Personal Records Center as directed by the FAA. Track and record retired records shipments as directed by SOPs and update program metrics daily.
Provide direct interaction and communication with ATO employees and the FOH medical records representative concerning HCP records and Occ-Med record collection and management, discrepancies, and processes. Provide written clarification to FAA stakeholders on FOH recordkeeping issues.
Track program metrics including review and processing of the FAA’s Onboard and Transaction Report and its interaction with medical surveillance and recordkeeping administration, employee enrollment/disenrollment, Occ-Med Surveillance services, and recordkeeping requirements.
Conduct FOH invoice reviews and track discrepancies between master tracking spreadsheets and invoice descriptions.
Typically requires a BA degree and 1-2 years of prior relevant experience. Or, 4 years of prior relevant experience in lieu of degree.
Advanced knowledge of and proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, rules, and practices. Proficiency in OSHA mandated injury and illness recordkeeping.
Proficient data collection, analysis and reporting experience and skills.
Previous work experience for/with the FAA is highly preferred.
Prior work experience with US government mangers, employees and programs.
Pay Range:Pay Range $46,800.00 - $84,600.00
