Summary of Job Duties:

The Administrative Specialist I works under general supervision and is responsible for examining and verifying documents, preparing routine correspondence, and maintaining project participant files. Maintains budgets and the participant's database. This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency policy.


Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: HS diploma or GED; Proficient in Microsoft Office, database management experience, one year of administrative support experience in an educational setting, Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of SSS eligible students.

Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree in office management, business or related filed, background similar to target populations
