Summary of Job Duties:
The Department of Strategy, Entrepreneurship and Venture Innovation (SEVI) in the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas seeks applications from interested candidates for a tenure-track open rank faculty position in strategy, entrepreneurship or innovation. The expected start date for the positions is August 2022. Salary is competitive and commensurate with experience.Tenure-track or tenured faculty of Strategy, Entrepreneurship or Venture Innovation are expected to conduct research, publish in peer reviewed journals, teach undergraduate and graduate courses, and fulfill other related service activities on behalf of the department, college, and/or university.

Candidates must have a Ph.D. (or expect to complete their Ph.D. by August 15, 2022) in management or a related discipline from an AACSB (or equivalent) accredited university
Preferred Qualifications:
Preference will be given to candidates who possess strong research records or who have demonstrated the potential to publish in top-tier journals, and who have demonstrated the ability to provide an excellent learning environment in the classroom and value collegiality

The Sam M. Walton College of Business, founded at the University of Arkansas in 1926 and accredited by AACSB International since 1931, has been ranked as a top 30 public business school for 15 years in a row by U.S. News & World Report. U.S. News currently ranks Walton College 28th. Four Walton College graduates serve as CEOs of Fortune 500 companies and nearly 30 Walton alumni occupy executive offices at Fortune 500 companies.
