Summary of Job Duties:The Online Student Coaching Coordinator's primary responsibility of this position is to coordinate the digital outreach and Customer Relationship Management system for recruitment of and communication with online students. The job responsibilities for this position include pulling data from UAConnect, reporting workforce training/education programs to ADHE, managing the Global Campus functions in the Customer Relationship Management system and internal databases, and performing other tasks as assigned.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a major in sociology, public administration, management, or a related field from an accredited institution of higher education

  • At least two years of experience in program administration or a related area

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education

  • Experience Using UAConnect Reporting

  • Experience Working with Off-Campus Programs/Students


Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of the organization and administration of various higher education academic and social programs

  • Knowledge of campus and community resources

  • Knowledge of state, federal, and campus rules, regulations, and requirements related to campus academic and social programs

  • Ability to coordinate the activities of campus academic and/or social programs

  • Ability to evaluate collected information and formulate into recommendations

  • Ability to compile information into report form
