Summary of Job Duties:

Conduct regular inspections of facilities to check gauges, turn boilers on/off, set temperatures, and treat water with chemicals; record gauge readings such as pressure and temperature; bleed water and gas regulators as needed; check oil/grease levels on pumps; perform minor maintenance on boilers and other equipment; change filters, bearings, belts and oils in various heating/cooling units and perform related responsibilities. The successful candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., be willing to work weekends and various shifts, and perform other tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:

A current State of Arkansas low pressure boiler license is preferred, but not required. Must have knowledge of the maintenance and operation of boilers; ability to evaluate operating and maintenance problems with boilers and related equipment, determine solutions; and the ability to perform minor maintenance on boilers and heating/air conditioning equipment.
