Department:Workday Student - Student Records
Summary of Job Duties:This position functions as the Student Records Analyst on the Workday Student implementation team. Reporting to the Student Records Functional Lead and working “two in the box” with the implementation partner (Deloitte), the Student Records Analyst will complete hands-on functional and technical project activities and provide guidance to System resources. This position will demonstrate and explain key product features, document requirements and design, provide knowledge transfer to the project team, configure the corresponding functionality and assist in testing and support roll-out.
- The educational equivalent of Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education
- At least one year of experience working in student records
- Must be able to work collaboratively and travel throughout the State to various UA campuses on an average of once a week as needed
- Significant experience in assessing, revising, implementing and supporting records business processes
- Experience with change management related to student records management ERP systems or other large enterprise system deployments

- Knowledge of the process being transformed and an understanding of how the process/system integrates with other processes and initiatives
