The RCA Maintenance Supervisor

General Functions:Report to the Remote Monitoring & AV Operations Manager. Responsibilities consisting of preparing for and executing equipment turnaround processes to support field service contracts. This position will also be accountable for the management of resources, equipment, training and associated budgets.

Your Day To Day

• Safety and first-time quality focus
• Leadership and oversight of projects as executed by Service center technicians
• Management of equipment maintenance and sustainment for field project delivery
• Training and qualification of personnel, both employee and contractor
• Accountable for margin as-delivered for Equipment projects within group control
• Long-term planning of resources to support the business plan
• Personnel mentoring and development planning
• Driving usage of corrective actions program to improve tooling performance
• Interface with supply chain and storeroom to ensure availability of components and parts to support the work
• Relationship management with key vendors that support the operation

Who You Are

Requirement: Education/Experience

• 4-year bachelor’s degree or equivalent OR 2-year associate’s degree with applicable experience
  ​​​​​​​5 – 10 years of experience in the nuclear industry
• Direct supervision experience preferred
• Strong electrical and/or mechanical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Leadership and change management
• Customer interface
• Personnel development and coaching
• Technical understanding of the work
• Commercial focus
