Summary:

In this role, you will provide general oversight and project ownership for data management and maintenance of the three programs that make up Clinical Workforce Solutions (CWS): Nurse Residency Program (NRP), Clinical Teams Insights Program and the Physician Onboarding Program. You will help define, drive, and implement enterprise technology strategy for CWS products and solutions and support the analytical needs of the products.

Responsibilities:

• Define, design, and implement enterprise solutions related to reporting, analytics, data modeling and data integration.

• Collaborate with project stakeholders, business team and other analysts to design and rollout member-facing reports or dashboards, internal operational metrics, and other required reports as needed.

• Oversee and monitor the data health and validation of incoming survey or other product data intake.

• Oversee non-tool related report/deliverable development in Tableau, Excel, or other BI tool (such as Power BI) to showcase and inform on survey response data from members and related member community.

• Support/engage in effective communication across various lines of businesses and technology partners to monitor, collect, review and roadmap business requirements and related technology solutions.

• Work closely with the project directors/owners/BRMs/BAs/IT/Development team to ensure that detailed business and technical requirements are defined for all aspects of data collection and processing, including data specifications, data dictionaries, processing tools and data health validations, edits, and data quality reports.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred..

• 5 or more years relevant experience required.

• Experience using SQL programming required and knowledge of relational database and query concepts required.

• Experience working with Tableau/Power BI tools desired.

• Project management experience desired.

• Experience working with health care data preferred.

Estimated Hiring Range:
