Position will be responsible for all aspects of quality assurance. Conducts audits and analysis and provides feedback to reduce errors and improve processes, design, and performance.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Auditors will be responsible for auditing processes aligned to Quest Diagnostics. Audits need to be performed on Quest enterprise guidelines
  • Provide assistance to individuals on error correction and error rebuttals
  • Coach team to ensure Quality adherence and error corrections are done on time
  • Participate in quality calibration meetings
  • Coordinates quality audit activities with other supervisors
  • Perform root cause analysis on errors

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Knowledge in Quest Diagnostics processes (Third Party Denials, Un-responded Claims, Billing Data Entry, Billing Data Acquisition, and/or Manual Mail Returns).
  • Proficient in MS Office with solid computer skills (e.g. multiple systems experience, keyboarding skills, trouble-shooting IT concerns, Microsoft Excel, MPP, Microsoft Project, OneNote)
  • Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency
  • Ability to work 40 hours / week during standard business operating hours Monday - Friday within the hours of 7am - 4:30pm. (It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime or weekends)
  • Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role. Candidates located in states that mandate COVID-19 booster doses must also comply with those state requirements. UnitedHealth Group will adhere to all federal, state and local regulations as well as all client requirements and will obtain necessary proof of vaccination, and boosters when applicable, prior to employment to ensure compliance. Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience as an auditor
  • Knowledge in applications for audit reporting/management reporting
