Sr. Home Therapy Cultural Strategy Manager

Responsible for developing, driving and implementing national Home Therapies initiatives that increase home penetration, accelerate organic growth and deliver key operational efficiencies. Provides insight and leadership regarding Home Therapies Goals, Objectives and Initiatives. Collaborates with peers, Clinical Quality, Education, Regulatory, and Technical Services in execution of defined strategies. Leads deployment of enhanced support and infrastructure programs that provide better patient outcomes, support, communications and clinical data for FKC home patients and providers.


  • Responsible for the successful deployment of programs and initiatives designed to facilitate improved daily clinical management of home patients. Programs include implementing products and processes to provide for improved communications regarding patient information to clinicians and physicians, as well as defining and integrating the technical aspects and requirements of products, technologies and other patient supports services with home dialysis operations.

  • Contributes to improved patient outcomes by driving improvements in the support service infrastructure for the FKC Home dialysis programs/patients/providers providing, guidance and expertise focusing on the integration of services and products.

  • Collaborates with internal and vendor IT teams to identify key information systems improvements needed to support clinical structures. Includes utilizing new software applications and technology device/product innovations and initiatives to improve connectivity and provide information and data more rapidly to clinicians for analysis, action and intervention as appropriate.

  • Develops implementation plan and identifies resources for the implementation of home support structure initiatives. Coordinates with IT and FMCNA Home Operations Teams in this regard.

  • Leads in the successful development of a strategic program aimed at maintaining adequate product capacity to meet company home dialysis growth targets. Strategic program includes a focus on pricing, capacity and relationship management with all suppliers / vendors of home dialysis equipment. Regularly provides status updates, data analyses and reports regarding implemented programs and products.

  • Creates status of Connected Health Initiatives; interface with front-line staff to troubleshoot.

  • Communicate Home Therapies value proposition to internal FMCNA employees at clinical tier trainings.

  • Interface with finance organization, including assisting with the home dialysis budgeting process and creating data driven performance measurements for Home Therapy personnel as well as some financial profiles for wholly owned and Joint Venture home programs.

  • Partners with FKC operations staff and management regarding the technology/ devices and programs installed/implemented identifying issues and concerns and determining options available to address and resolve these issues and concerns.

  • Evaluates home support system products and services for FKC home dialysis programs managing product and equipment vendors and service providers providing feedback regarding the products and recommendations for product and technology improvements.

  • Explores and develops additional system connections for reporting and analyzing clinical and financial metrics pertinent to Home Therapies.

  • Audits and evaluates current FMCNA Home dialysis support services infrastructure and programs, performing analyses to measure effectiveness of programs to ensure the achievement of the specified goals, identifying areas for improvements, researching and determining improvement options, and making recommendations to senior leadership. Develops and maintains visualization tools of all Home KPIs

  • This job operates in an office setting. This role routinely uses a desk and standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
  • This position requires approximately 30 to 40% travel.


  • May be responsible for the direct supervision of various levels of analysts in the Home Therapy.


  • Bachelor's Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required


  • Minimum of 8 years' related experience
  • 3+ years' experience as a Manager; or leading teams or 3+ years' experience in a senior managerial role.
  • Demonstrated experience managing one or more departments.
  • Strong management skills with the ability to lead cohesive and productive teams.
