In this key role, you will analyze and report performance improvement, benchmarking and financial trends for multiple business units in our clinic operational area. This will involve identifying and communicating opportunities for performance improvement to key decision makers. We'll look to you to produce financial forecast information for important physician practice performance and business opportunities. You will:

* Develop and prepare a variety of financial reports to support key decision making

* Leverage statistical, economic and financial principles to prepare reports

* Make recommendations related to financial trends, economic and business forecasts, and clinic performance

* Utilize and evaluate data systems to research/identify performance improvement opportunities

* Maintain databases for data tracking, support and documentation

* Evaluate operational techniques, programs and practices to ensure economic viability and recommend necessary changes

* Collaborate with management on the performance improvement process

* Identify/devise/use research and data survey collection tools and techniques

* Present findings to management and other key stakeholders

* Responds to ad-hoc requests for financial/statistical information

Qualifications

We're seeking a self-directed, collaborative team player with:

* Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finances, information systems, healthcare or a related field

* MHA or MBA preferred

* Three or more years of experience in project research/analysis, preferably in a hospital or physician practice setting

* A minimum of two years of data base system experience, preferably SQL

* Consulting experience highly desirable

* Epic trained/certified a plus

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data visualization tools

* Excellent communication and critical-thinking abilities

  • Proven leadership, initiative and self-motivation
  • Strong analytical and problem identification/resolution skills
