Speech Pathologist, Per Diem - Pediatrics
Responsibilities
Seeking a skilled speech-language pathologist who can provide pediatric outpatient services on Saturdays in our Westwood speech clinic and Mondays at our Calabasas or Santa Monica location. There could also be opportunities for other outpatient pediatric work during the week at either our Westwood or Santa Monica locations. All initial training/onboarding will take place at our Westwood and/or Santa Monica clinic locations. The individual seeking this position should have experience evaluating and treating children 18 months to 14 years of age. Our patients are diverse and often highly complicated. The applicant should have experience with a variety of diagnoses including, but not limited to, articulation and phonological disorders, language delay, language disorders, autism spectrum disorder, childhood apraxia of speech, craniofacial differences.Qualifications* California State Speech Pathology license* High level of clinical skill to evaluate and treat children with speech and language needs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Able to efficiently learn new computer and clinic systems
* Excellent documentation abilities
* At least one year experience (no CFY)
